Nothing is charged until a provider approves your plan. If you’re approved, your first membership charge happens on the approval date and then monthly until you cancel. Medication is quoted separately before you pay.

Next you’ll create your account, review the full renewal terms and consents, and add a payment method. Then you’ll complete your medical intake with our clinical team.
