Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through Erosyn Rx are prepared and delivered. Medications are dispensed and shipped by licensed U.S. pharmacies in our network.

1. Processing time

After a provider approves your treatment and any required payment is completed, your order is sent to the pharmacy for review and dispensing. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Timing can vary based on provider review, pharmacy verification, and product availability.

2. Shipping methods and cold-chain

• Orders ship to addresses within the United States, in states where our provider network is licensed.
• Temperature-sensitive medications are shipped using cold-chain packaging designed to keep the product within its required temperature range in transit.
• Expedited or specific-day delivery may be used for temperature-sensitive items to preserve product integrity.

3. Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email or in your account. Please ensure someone is available to receive temperature-sensitive shipments promptly and to refrigerate any items as instructed.

4. Delays

Occasionally shipments are delayed by carrier issues, weather, or pharmacy processing. We and the pharmacy will work to resolve delays. If a temperature-sensitive shipment is significantly delayed, contact us so the pharmacy can advise whether the product remains safe to use or should be replaced.

5. Lost, damaged, or undeliverable packages

If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or is returned as undeliverable, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the expected or actual delivery date with your order number. See our Refund & Returns Policy for how damaged or incorrect shipments are handled.

6. Address accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders returned or delayed due to an incorrect address may require re-shipment at additional cost.
